Wayne
Hewell,
a 5th generation potter from Gillsville, Georgia, comes from
a long line of traditional and folk potters. His great-grandfather,
Eli Hewell, was a very influential potter in the Gillsville
area.
Wayne
creates wonderful works of art from his home on Bell Road
in Lula, GA. He also raises chickens. Wayne carries on a family
tradition of pottery that has stood the test of time.
